Ardeer Bed & Breakfast is situated on the west coast of Scotland in Innellan, which is on the Cowal Peninsula in Argyll and Bute. Ardeer is located approximately an hour away from Glasgow with good rail, bus and ferry links. The property boasts spectacular views over the Firth of Clyde.

There are many Local Attractions including numerous golf courses within a short distance or Ardeer, the nearest being Innellan Golf Club which is approx 0.5 miles away. In addition to the local attractions highlighted on this web site - Loch Lomond and Inverary can be reached by road within 1 hour and Oban within 2 hours. There are islands that can be accessed from the peninsula by ferry such as the Isle of Bute and the Mull of Kintyre.

Approximately 3.5 miles North of Innellan is Dunoon providing an expanse of Shops, Bars and Restaurants. Dunoon is also the annual venue for the Cowal Highland Gathering in the last weekend of August. This is the largest gathering of its kind throughout the World.

Each of the bedrooms provide guests with their own private facilities including - En-Suite Bathroom, Television, Radio, Hairdryer and Complimentary Tea, Coffee and Biscuits. Travel Cots are available if required. Guests also have the free use of the Guest Lounge, where they will have access to another TV and a selection of Games. Internet access can be made available upon request. There is also a private car park to the front of Ardeer for guest use. Guest bedrooms and the guest lounge are situated on the 1st floor and access is only by stairs.
