Terms and Conditions

General

• Consideration should be made for other guests at all times with respect for the comfort and privacy of other guests in the house
• Ardeer is a non-smoking establishment
• No Pets allowed
• Additional charges apply for packed lunches
• Rooms will be available from 2PM on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11AM on the day of departure

Deposit

• A 20% deposit is required 2 weeks prior to your stay, the following forms of payment are valid:
• PayPal - Credit Card and Bank Account Payments Pricing & Payment
• UK Cheque mailed to Contact Us.

Payment

• The remaining amount for your entire stay is to be paid with cash upon arrival
• All rates are per person per night
• All Prices are in GBP £

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations can be made 2 weeks prior to your stay with a full refund provided
• In the event of a cancellation of the confirmed booking with less than 2 weeks until your booked arrival date, we will attempt to re-let the accommodation, if this is possible then no charge will be made
